Lisa loves dance fitness because it’s so much fun! In a class, you never feel like you’re “working out.” It’s more like you’re at this amazing dance party with all your friends!!! And you burn between 500-800 calories (or more) per hour while you’re at it!
One of the best parts is…you don’t need any dance experience! You don’t even need to be “in shape.” All you need is the willingness to have a great time! A water bottle, comfy workout clothes and a good pair of dance fitness sneakers are a plus, too.
Zumba Fitness® is often the ‘door’ through which people become fitter, healthier, happier, less stressed, reconnect with their passions or discover ones they never had before! It can lead to a true ‘fitness journey’ that prompts many positive lifestyle changes for most people.

Lisa is certified by the American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) in Primary Group Exercise Instruction and holds CPR and AED certifications. In addition she has over 15 years of dance experience and specialty trainings in exercise injury prevention.
